I cannot upload the file for my application test project

Dear experts,

I have already done the recording of my test project within the requested time. However, when I try to upload it, it shows on the screen: "problem occurs when processing your file, please contact us." I have double checked to make sure it is at the requested 44.1 KHz, 16 bits, and a WAV file.

I am not sure why it isn't working. I don't want the time to run out but it will not allow me to submit the file. I am concerned that this may prevent me from being able to join VoiceBunny as a voiceover talent. Could you please help me solve the problem?
