    Hi Claudio,

    Thank you for reaching out.

After reviewing your audio, we've found a couple of issues to fix before the reactivation, such as room tone and hiss tone.

We'd like to know, can you share pictures of your recording space with us?
That will allow us to give you feedback according to your current setup.

    Hi Claudio,

Thank you for sharing those pictures with us.

We asked because we noticed some acoustics issues with your audio, as well as hiss noise.

It seems like, even though you have some acoustic treatment, it is now working as expected, the mic is still recording reverberation.

And the hiss noise, could it be that you're recording with higher gain than needed?

Is there a chance you could try recording in a different space, that could be more enclosed, something like a walk-in closet perhaps?

    Hi Claudio,

This was an AMAZING decision! It is sounding much better.

There are a few things we can tweak to make it even better, but changing your recording space made a huge difference.

Now, can you share a picture of that new recording space with us, please?

And tell us the processes you're using on your audio as well.

I know it isn't beautiful, but it works better. I only use wave pad as a software and the last track is without any treatment, no processing. It is just recorded and send.
Let me know if I can do more. Thank you

    Hi Claudio,

Thank you for those pictures and those new samples.

Let's try and make this space work for us!

Do you think you can add some thick materials to the side and the back of that space?

By that, I mean towels, more clothes, pillows, blankets... anything that you could set up in front of those flat surfaces like the walls and that wood piece in the back.

    Do you think that's possible?

    Hi Claudio,

Thank you for the picture and the new sample.

It is improving, we're on the right path here.

There are still some reflections tho. How about you try to record a bit closer to the mic?

Also, it seems like you could benefit from a mild de-esser, good enough to take care of those esses, yet small to be unnoticed.

Let me know what you think, keep up, we're almost there
