Sudden mass rejection of samples

I woke up to my email inbox being completely flooded with probably 20-25 emails about old samples being suddenly rejected. I don't dispute these rejections because they were from years ago before I got my booth, so they are not up to current standards acoustically. However, I am concerned that this is why I'm no longer getting any project opportunities, and also - as others have mentioned many times - I do not have the time to try to go through and remove every old sample that was flagged for quality that no longer represents my current setup. Again, I have no issue with these samples being removed, but I don't like the fact that I am expected to go through and do it myself to keep my profile from being disabled, especially when it was not just a few old samples but years' worth.
