VO application rejected due Reverberation - room treatment & Equipment feedback

Hello All.

I hope you are healthy and doing well.

I sent 2 audion files. One pass the QC, however, the second one did not due to room reverb. I want to know what would you recommend to solve to issue.

Equipment:

1. Mic: Neumann TLM103

2. Audio interphase MOTU M4. Gain below 50% recording directly to audition at -12dB

3. Pop Filter: Stedman Pro Screen XL

4. Soundproofing: Room treatment wall panel (see pics) plus carpet

5. Sound Booth: Acoustic blankets 9VB-71G) from Vocal Booth To Go. Three blankets on a portable stand. 1 on top and 2 around having a complete enclosure
