Thank you very much for sharing this with us.
There are a few things we can work before reactivating your profile:
It seems like your environment could have better acoustic treatment as we are picking up room tone. Do you think you can share pictures of your recording space with us? That way we'll be able to provide you with more accurate feedback to your particular setup.
Plosives are easy to fix, using a pop filter and in some cases, placing the mic at a slight angle so the air of your consonants doesn't hit the mic's capsule directly.

However, there are still some acoustic issues with your recording.
We think the best way to explain it is giving you some samples to compare to:

Please, listen to these samples, we think they might help you understand the difference in acoustics, between what you already have accomplished and where we aim to be.
It would be helpful to have some pictures of your recording space, that way we can provide you with more specific feedback to your setup.
