My booth setup

Thanks for the kind offer to help me improve my sound. Here is my current setup. I've added the rug and the top since I did the demo to try to cut down on exterior noise and early reflections.Before I did that it was just hard surfaces on the floor and ceiling. I'm planning on adding some hanging foam panels as well. Any suggestions there? You mentioned mouth noise, which I didn't notice, but it could be I'm blind to it. Would moving back off the mic a bit more help there? Also, any recommendations on lowering my noise floor? I'll do some new testing now that I've added some more hacked sound deadening.
