    Hello Cameron! How are you?

Thank you very much for reaching out and being committed to improve the quality of your audios.

I was listening to your audio and I have the following remarks:

    1. There are harsh sibilances in your recording.  Loud esses sound harsh and unnatural and will distract the listener from your performance. To improve this, try to be aware of your pronunciation when recording and also experimenting with different distances from your mouth to the mic will help you to find the sweet spot in order to avoid this problem.

    2. There are some background noises that are really problematic and distracting. Are you recording at an acoustically treated space? The background noises are really evident, they sound as a tail at the end of your voice.

    3. There is also some room echo present, but this should also get better with acoustic treatment of your room.

If you want, you can upload some pictures so we can see the acoustic treatment of your room and give you detail advice on how to improve it to avoid the mentioned issues :).

Looking forward to hear from you!

    Have an excellent week.

    Gabriel

    1. Okay.

    2. You are the only person in 10 years of recording in this studio for national clients that I have heard that feedback. I think what you are hearing is my pre amp set up

    3. the room is completely treated with a Symetrix pre amp and AXIA Board.

This room was created and treated by someone who builds studios for a living. It is at my work, So there is NO improving this studio.

    Hi Cameron,

Upon reviewing your sample and getting a second opinion, we found that the remarks sent to you by Gabriel are accurate. It seems like we won't be able to reactivate your account until those issues are fixed.

We invite you to send pictures of your recording space and your setup, our team, in this case, Gabriel, is more than adequate to provide you with valuable feedback and suggestions to improve your audio quality.
