Trouble with Phone Verification and Emailing talentsupport
I've been accepted as a Voice Pro. Yay!
You need me to validate my phone number, but I cannot text. The form states to email talentsupport@bunnystudio.com, but when I did that Bunny Studio bounced my email back to me, saying the group "talentsupport" doesn't exist, or I'm not a member, or something else may be wrong.
I launched a "Contact Us" form, but would rather not have to wait 48 business hours (6 business days?) to finalize my application.
I'm so close I can feel it. Help!

I need some guidance on how to be successful with Bunny Studio.
While I continue to be interested in Contests, the two opportunities I have had so far were missed because of:
1) my elderly mother had a mini-stroke minutes before the first offer, so I didn't see it for hours and it was already closed
2) being human and requiring sleep, the second offer came in the middle of the night, and was similarly closed by the time I could deal with it.
Obviously life happens, and nobody wants the producers to live a life chained to their microphone. So my question is: how can I best advance myself in the Bunny world and still live a happy, productive life? At the moment, I have zero jobs with Bunny Studio, so my reputation is squat. Since the Bunny procedure doesn't have me actively apply for jobs, all I can do is sit and wait. Is that all I can do?

Before anything, is everything ok with your mother? I hope she is fine and healthy now.
There are several things we can do to improve your profile, it takes some reading, but believe me, it's very short.
Please, read this one: What can Pros do to increase their chances of getting project invitations?
This should provide you with some ideas on what to do to work and grow your profile.
About the messages in the middle of the night, currently, our system doesn't differentiate between time zones. When a project is submitted, our algorithm determines which Bunny Pros are the "best matches" for that particular project. It begins inviting the best matches first and works its way out, inviting lesser matches until the project is accepted by enough Bunny Pros. These invitations are sent as soon as the project is created and will keep going until it’s completed.
These emails are completely automatic and will be sent by our system to ensure the Pros that match the project are aware of it and have the opportunity to deliver. Once the project has received the minimum number of necessary auditions, it will change its status and will no longer be available. Our system works this way because we want to make sure we can give the same chances to every Pro wherever they are.
Also, we want you to know that our team is currently working on making these distinctions so the system can be clear about time zones and send you your opportunities during your day.

Thanks for your kind wishes for Mom. She is doing ok. Stress from being locked down and isolated leads to hard things for our elderly, and not just them, eh?
I have recently received four more invites (three Contests, one Speedy). However, two were still in the middle of my night, c'est la vie. Two were at a good time, both times I saw the email invites come in! I rushed to read and digest what was required, and within 5 minutes I clicked the button to apply ... but in both cases it was already over! Shucky darn.
It's looking like I am not Contest and Speedy material. That leaves direct invitations, as I understand it. Thanks for your tips. I will pursue all of them: add more samples, consider a lower rate temporarily, and re-watch Katie's webinar.
Regarding the lower rate: what are some suggested rates to get direct offers?

I'm glad to read that, may she keeps improving and healthy for a long time. You are absolutely right, it tends to affect us all equally.
Thank you for the update on your invites, as you see, sometimes contests and speedies tend to go by really fast, but it doesn't mean you're not contest or speedy material, we've seen a lot of Pros taking some time in the beginning, but then they get a hang of it and make the most of those projects.
However, those tips you mention will turn out to be really helpful for you, we can say that from experience with other Pros.
About your rates, as you know, we don't usually tell our Pros how much to charge as we believe you are the ones who know what's fair and right for you. However, if it is ok with you, we could come up with a suggestion for your consideration.

Yes, please suggest what I should charge. I just picked the pricing defaults when I set up my profile, and I suspect many new bunnies do the same, so perhaps what we discuss here will help others.

The way we'll do this is, you let me know that number, and based on that, we'll come up with a suggestion for you. How does that sound?
Sounds fine, thanks. Currently I have 5 words priced at the BunnyStudio initial suggested rate of $5.00, which seems really reasonable to me. Even at 200 jobs a month, it's still below poverty level at $1,000.00.
I'm really only interested in Bookings. I'm still signed up for Contests, but I've just removed myself from Speedies. If I find that Contests are equally unattainable as Speedies were, I will remove that as well.

It's interesting in the case of 50 words your suggestion was lower, but in the case of all the ones above that your suggestions were higher than what I had. So let's go with your numbers and we'll see what we get! I'm game.
