A customer seems to have found a way to game the system
Have you seen this backup project?
455E49380BCEB6CA57C0
The script is over 450 words but the rate shown started out less than $2!
In looking at the original order, 920FFAF5392B04162CF8,it is also under $2.
The key thing seems to be the oriental characters at the beginning of the script. It seems that the characters cause the system to thing that all following English characters don't matter.

Hi Mark,
Thank you for bringing this up!
We are trying to go to those links but it seems it isn't allowing us to follow the path, do you think you can send us the URLs here, please?

Though I still find it curious that even after all these years you guys don't have the ability to look things up via the project number. You have lots of programmers on staff? Aren't they in a database for which one of the fields is the project number?
And please understand that I know one of the answers is to work something out with the talent.
The whole idea in working with the Bunny is to get a job, get it done and move on. Spending time contacting you and having many back and forth conversations about what the problem is, what the resolution is and negotiating a fair price takes time that is better spent finding new work. It decreases our rate per unit time tremendously. It also chews up your time.
I bring this matter up because here is a case that shows a glitch in the system that needs to be looked at and corrected to save everybody lots of time and money.
Thank you for your help, Mark.
We appreciate it the time you took in bringing this up, we are taking all the necessary actions so this doesn't happen again in the future. Our engineering team has been informed and they will do the necessary research and changes in our system to correct this.
Also, we are making sure the Pro for the original project gets the amount he deserves.
Once again, thank you very much for bringing this up
