Submission Rejected For The Wrong Reason!!

Thanks for your feedback regarding the 'Prix Blood Launch Female ce1c430b-a65a-47bd-9efc-a8e7b2023f55' job but I have an issue with my submission being rejected for the wrong reason.
As far as I am aware the Client originally rejected my first recording for this job due to the reason of 'Need to amend the budget' as stated in the comments and not because they felt I was the wrong voice for them.
It would be greatly appreciated if the rejection decision could be reversed (if possible), as I know it affects my stats and I wouldn't have bothered putting the time and effort into re recording it, had I known otherwise.
Most importantly though, I'd like to be able to complete a successful campaign for a satisfied Client. In the end, shouldn't they be the ones who decide?
I hope you understand my frustrations and your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your quick response. Just to comfirm, does this now mean that the second speedy I submitted for the same job will now be approved and paid for? It's still marked as rejected on my profile. If you could confirm it would be greatly appreciated.
