No Activity in nearly 5 months
Is it just me or is anyone down big time on their private bookings. I have had an issue I've been trying to sort out with VB since March which to be honest doesn't seem to have resolved anything on my profile. Response time stats are down to 11% and I know I was way up much higher and getting bookings almost every 10 days until this ridiculous phone greeting job came which took me nearly 24 to 36 hours to complete each one.
VB still doesn't seem to have a good grip of which specific job it is and always asks me if I can go in and look on my end to find out and then they will remove it. They've removed about 4 jobs I believe and have told me to be patient since the spring and another time this week. Still numbers not moving.
I've updated tags, readjusted rates (which are extremely low) and who in their right mind is responding to quickies at 1 and 2 in the morning for $5 a pop?
I'm sorry Johnatan Sanchez but there has to be someone within the company that can advise this and let me know if I need to restart my profile or if this is just a lost cause in general working with this platform.
Frustrated and looking for some good feedback from users as well.

Hi, I've been having the same issue. I thought maybe it was because a bunch of my [very old and poor quality] samples were rejected and I didn't have time to go in and remove them all manually. But it's just been completely dead. I think I had a similar issue as you where stats completely tanked due to a very long-form narration project that took several days to complete each part, and I wasn't sent project opportunities since.
