Rejecting a project I've already accepted
Hello,
My recording setup at the moment needs to be upgraded. I was planning on setting my account to be "On Vacation/Temporarily Unavailable" but I have received a booking before doing so.
I decided to accept the booking and do one last set of efforts to enhance the quality of my recordings with the not-up-to-standards equipment I have. Unfortunately though, all the solutions I've tried didn't resolve the issues I had.
I was expecting that the booking will be rejected after the first revision was submitted, but I was still receiving revision requests afterwards.
I'm quite sure I've reached the peak of my equipment's capabilities, which aren't of the required quality.
So what should I do now? Should I just wait for the 1 Day, 5 hours to pass, or is there another way to inform the QC team that I'm incapable of producing the required revision?
Thank you,
M. Sanad

Hi Mohamed,
Thank you for reaching out.
Is this project still pending on your account? If so, could you please send us the ID?
That will allow us to reach out to our CX team about it. However, the best way to go about it is to raise a flag and let our CX team know about your situation, this will allow them to find the best solution for this situation.
Hello Johnatan,
Thank you for your response.
Actually to my surprise, the last revision I submitted, which was initially rejected, was eventually internally accepted and the client also accepted it.
While it's a pleasant surprise, I don't know what actually happened here.
Here is the project's ID: 17502B9F1E51C9D194F1
Thank you for the update, Mohamed.
We see that the project got a few revisions, actually 3, however, by the end of those revisions your audio was able to comply with our quality requirements and our QC team approved.
Congratulations on getting that approved, however, remember that you can always upgrade your recording space, deliver better quality, and get fewer rejections.
All the best!
