Hi, my work has just been rejected by Humberto Franco because it was not 100% in sync with the client's video.
Could you provide more clarification on where the recording is out of sync please? There are an extra two lines at the beginning of the script which do not feature in the video, so I've had to add those in at the start at a point I felt was appropriate; I don't know if this is the reason or not.

We see that the project was sent to the client, it seems like you did get it right and that what you mentioned stopped being an issue.

Yes, we figured out what the issue was (the QC team were comparing my recording against the wrong video). We're now just waiting for client approval.
