WIRE TRANSFER NO EMAIL CONFIRMING NO RECORD OF THE TRANSFER ON PC ONLY ON MOBILE
Has anyone had this issue? I did a wire transfer 6 days ago . I never got an email reply from Bunny confirming my initiation of the payment. When I go into my account through my PC there is no record of the transfer ever taking place through Bunny, however when I look on my mobile device I can see the transfer I initiated -ALL of the details are correct.
This is a serious concern when what is on the platform isn't aligning with mobile device not to mention the money I earned simply disappearing?
Has anyone else had this issue when using Wire vs Pay-Pal and what resolution did you receive? After waiting 6 days I am now being told I have to wait another 48 hours for someone to even get back to me on the status. I mean pandemic friends, this is not a game, bills are due.... help please. Thank you.
