Yes! I am having trouble too. I was answering a speedy between 9:30 and 10:00 am EST and I keep getting error pages when trying to get to the upload page. This made me too late in turning in the Speedy and now it effected my stats.

We did experience some issues with our platform yesterday, however, our engineers jumped in and fixed it right away.
Scottie, if you like, please send us the link to that project, we'll make sure to remove it from your stats as it had nothing to do with your performance or timing.

I was working on a contest and during my recording I received a "500 Internal Error" message and could not refresh my screen. My time to submit my audition was Not yet up. A little disappointed to say the least as I do not regularly get invites. My recording was done and ready to submit but the error prevented me from uploading and as a result I received a time expired notice.

For the past few days, when I tried to upload my audition, I received a server error 500 with BunnyStudio bunny caricature. I tried several attempts to get it loaded, but got the same error. This caused me to go over my allotted time of 25 minutes on two auditions, and now I have bad stats because of it (not to mention making me look bad). Can those be removed from my record?
