    Hi Audrey,

Thank you very much for using this space. We just shared your sample with our team and here's their feedback:

There is some reverb and it sounds heavily processed.

Do you think you can send us a RAW recording so we can understand better your current situation and offer suggestions based on that for you?

    Hi...
All I did to this recording through twisted wave was edit clicks or breaths or plosives and normalized to -3 DB
It was not heavily processed in anyway.

We understand, thank you for letting us know, Audrey.

Having said that, how do you feel about that RAW recording for the team?

I’ll make one so The only thing you want me to do is normalize at -3b. No editing at all?

You could edit out breath noises and long pauses, however, we want you to send us a file without processing aside from that -3dB normalization.

Hi Audrey, when trying to access your file, Dropbox says it doesn't exist. Can you make sure it is up and has the proper sharing settings, please?

Hi Audrey, our team mentioned that you reached out via email asking for feedback. Please remember, this is the only space where you'll receive feedback for your work.

That being said, I sent your audio to our QC Team and they have the following remarks:

    1. The audio has sibilance. Loud esses sound harsh and unnatural and will distract the listener from your performance. Please make sure to be aware of this while recording and try different distances from your mouth to the mic to avoid these harsh sounds.
    2. There are also undesirable mouth noises in your recording that distract from the quality of the performance.  Please, make sure to visit our community page where you’ll find tips on how to control mouth noise issues: https://bit.ly/2NjTyUK. You can follow these guidelines in order to avoid these undesired noises.
    3. There are background noises throughout your recording. The best way to prevent these noises is by working at an acoustically treated space and avoid any other noises such as computers, fans, movements, etc. Otherwise, you can try to edit them and remove them completely from your recording using fades or volume automation.

We invite you to take this into consideration for your next recording, we look forward to new audio from you
