More QA rejection frustration!
Just adding my voice to the frustrations expressed by others with regards to QA rejections. As others have said, I'm glad quality is so important, but it does seem odd that a studio that has passed muster several times (with happy end clients) has suddenly become either too boxy or has too much echo depending on who's listening.
I've enjoyed the work I've done so far with BunnyStudio, but this is so frustrating.

Hi Helena,
Thank you for reaching out and using this space.
After some revision, we concluded that there is a hint of room echo on your recording, we highly suggest you pay special attention to it, as it may turn into more reasons for revisions in the future.
That being said, we also concluded that for this particular case we'll make an exception and we removed this project from your stats.

Thank you, I appreciate your response and action.
Always a pleasure to help, Helena :D
I am also repeatedly having issues with the supposed "boxiness" of my audio. It's frustrating because within only a few hours of having audio internally accepted by a QA, a different project's deliverables (with a different QA listening, I'm sure) is being reported as having a quality of "boxiness." My studio setup (hardware, software, performance variables) has not changed. How can I permanently avoid this type of rejection? I will be flagged for this every so often. And it is by no means a consistent complaint. What is a QA hearing in these (to me) random occurrences? I want to be aware of what is causing this reported "boxiness" and move past this issue permanently. I am very frustrated
Hi Jamie, thank you for reaching out.
How do you feel about creating a separate thread including a sample for our QC team? They'll listen to it and offer some suggestions and feedback for you
