Samples Not Showing and Unable to Choose Type of Texts/Set Rates
Ok, there are a few problems I've encountered in the past few weeks since I have returned from having vacation settings on for a little over a month. It began with me not receiving any type of projects on either profile of mine, writing or voice, for the past few weeks. So today I decided to check my profiles again and they seem to be up and running (i.e. they don't say "Sorry, this person is no longer accepting bookings" or whatever the phrasing of that message is), but none of my samples show up.
All of the samples in my account say approved, and I checked both from my end and from an incognito window to get the "client view" to see that the profile comes up but says no samples match the criteria.
I decided to go in and check my rates after seeing other posts talking about a new rate-setting system and found that everything was normal in my voice profile, but my writing profile was set to $0,00 per word and I was missing a time estimate on my 300-word setting. I attempted to select my text types, but none of the checkboxes seemed to be working, so I moved on and attempted to set my rates, but it is now telling me that the text type is required and still won't let me click any checkboxes.
Any help in any of these areas is greatly appreciated as the kids have gotten schedules nailed down for remote learning and I have a chunk of hours to be able to work on writing projects during the days again.

Apologies for the late reply, we've been working with our engineers on fixing the search of your samples, we've just been informed that your samples are appearing in search, do you think you can try and search for them again?
Once we're done with that part we'll help you with your second question.

Thank you for your reply, Johnatan. The samples for my voice account are showing, but the ones for my writing account still are not. Before my vacation, my profile had been saying, “This writer is no longer taking bookings.” I had posted at least one, though it may have been two, other post about that issue but never received a response. I thought that since I could see it the issue had been resolved, but perhaps I was mistaken?

Yes, thank you. That was the other part I was talking about because it wasn’t letting me check any boxes. When the email had originally gone out about the new tests I had responded to it, but it might’ve coincided with my vacation time.
I would like to do the tests for press releases and storytelling, please.
