Does flagging projects do anything?

In the various issues I encountered with Bunny, I have been instructed to flag projects to get in contact with QC and/or the customer. However, I never get any feedback from those.
The last time I flagged, I wanted to explain to QC why I pronounced something a certain way and well, I am glad I didn't wait for their answer and submitted how they wanted it to be (however odd it was) or I would have lost this assignement. Days later, still no reply.
I have now flagged 3 projects in total and never got anything back. Is this normal?

We are reviewing the conversations our team has been having with you, we see that your last conversation with us was on Aug 22nd, we have no record of communication after that.
Well I click on "Are the project requirements full of errors or confusing? Don't be shy! Please CLICK HERE TO LET US KNOW so we can follow up with the client." as is instructed in your FAQ. Then I fill in what the problem is. I have done that for 3 different projects and never got any feedback.
I don't know what you are referring to for August 22nd. The latest project I flagged was on September 22nd: https://bunnystudio.com/voice/projects/#/timeline/36D8A0855F7374BFD55E
Maybe that's the reason, Aurore.
For some reason, seems like we haven't received emails later than Aug 22nd.
How about you send us an email to support@bunnystudio.com to check if everything is good with our communication via email?
Also, are you currently working on a project? it would be great if we could test with the flag email as well. If so, please let me know before you send that email to keep an eye out on our inbox
I have sent an email to this address today and got an automatic reply saying that it got there. This never happens when I use the flag option.
I can try to flag this project again https://bunnystudio.com/voice/projects/#/timeline/36D8A0855F7374BFD55E since the customer hasn't approved the work yet. I will flag it right away and put your name in the comment.
And done. Flags are also counted in my profile so there are 4 now, which is the right number.

Thank you very much for doing that, we just had a conversation with a member of the CX team and we did find the flag with my name on it (great idea!)

Glad to know it works now but did you also find my previous flag on the same project from September 22nd? Because I still didn't get any reply for it...
Ah sorry, there it is. I have my answer. Submit however QC wants it - however odd - and keep the previous file in case the client agrees with my first submission. With this kind of delay, flagging is a bit useless because the timeout for revision will be reached, but at least now I know so you can consider this issue closed. Thanks!
