Hi Maria,
Thank you for using this space.
After comparing your deliverable with the one that one, and many other voice samples, we noticed that your voice could benefit from working under "middle age" rather than "young adult".
We invite you to listen to these young adult samples:
https://bunnystudio.com/voice/samples/180431/
https://bunnystudio.com/voice/samples/168230/
and compare to this middle age:
https://bunnystudio.com/voice/samples/181294/
https://bunnystudio.com/voice/samples/180029/
We believe you'll notice that your voice makes a better match with "middle age"
Also, please remember to treat our agents with respect, we'd appreciate that veery much.
Hey I have the same problem, but for a male teenager voice.
I succsesfully done multiple projects in this category, so why is QC rejekting it?!?
If got the feeling the discretion of QC is exreme diffrent from person to person...
Im not blaming you guys, but we are all investing time and work to deliver good quality.
So it hurts if QC rejekt something thats allways worked before.
Hi Leonard,
Thank you for jumping in and sharing your thoughts.
How about you share some samples here so we can evaluate and give you feedback.
I'm sure we all can learn from it :D

Hi Leonard!
After listening to your sample and sharing it with our team, we agree that it sounds closer to a "young adult" category, especially for the low-end frequencies and the pitch of your voice, which sounds definitely adult.
The teenage voice category tends to be higher-pitched, and have less low-end, like this sample.
Let me know if that helps clarify things a bit more.
Kind regards,
Daniel
