Revision Rate Issue

    Hi Tom

Thank you for reaching out! We're very happy to have you here.

This is a standard procedure that our CX is doing. It has nothing to do with your particular rates or how much you are charging.

All of the requests go under the same "Approval required" process.

This to ensure all projects are being met as expected, please don't take it personally as it is a very general approach to all of our Pros.

    Hi Johnatan,

Thanks for your previous reply, just getting in touch again as I'm still noticing quite a large cut in the revision request amount I am requesting. The client on one of my recent projects wanted lots of different parts of the script redoing in a different way to my first submission, non of this was down to my own error or interpretation. This would require me to re-record and edit the entire script again.

Can you please clarify what bunny studio considers a reasonable revision rate (%) for redoing the entire script, as I am unclear due to the inconsistencies from my past experiences.

    Thanks in advance! :D

    Hi Thomas,

A great rule of thumb would be to charge based on the amount of work you'll have to do again.

For example, the original project was 100 words for x amount of dollars, and then the client wants you to record another extra 50 words, then you could take x/2 and that would be a good price to charge.

In this case, we'd love to check that project for you, do you think you can share the link to the project with us?

We'll revise it with the team and come back with an answer for you

I too have noticed this recent change. You system wouldn't approve even a 1.00 revision charge. It slows down the process as it often takes upwards of SIX hours for a Bunny Manager to respond. That slowdown only hurts your clients, you know that right?

On the flip side, I recently had Bunny Managers reach out to me via email offering me a very fair amount for revisions, and then I emailed the revisions directly to them. Much faster and more efficient way of working in every respect.
