Hi, I posted this request for more information a week ago- just wondering if I’ve been missed?

    Hello Kate!! How are you?

Thank you very much for reaching out and we are sorry for the delayed response :).

I was listening to your sample, and I'm noticing the following issues in your recording.

    1. First of all there is some boxiness/room echo in your recording. This might be due because your acoustics are not 100% right! Would you mind uploading some pictures of your space in order to provide you with detailed feedback on how to improve your room acoustics?

    2. Your audio is also a little bit sibilant. Loud esses sound harsh and unnatural and will distract the listener from your performance. In order to avoid this, you could try to record using a different distance from your mouth to the mic. If the problem persists you might want to use a De-esser plug in to help :). Here there is a nice video explaining how to work with this kind of plug ins. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CqRwY7WUi6o).

Looking forward to hear your thoughts about it. Again we are sorry for the delayed answer.

Hope you have an amazing week.

    Gabriel
