Submission rejected
I'm having trouble submitting a sample - it immediately is shown as rejected so I am sure I am doing something wrong. Just not sure what. I think it's number is 184522

We'd love to help you out with this situation. Do you think it's possible for you to send us a screen recording of the whole process?
There are a couple of tools that could help with that, we suggest Quick Time or Awesome Screenshot.
Let us know if you think that's possible, as that would be the best way to understand.

Thank you for that, those are screenshots that help us with the situation, however, we'd rather have a screen recording, that's why we suggested Quick time and Awesome Screenshot, at the end we need a video walking us through your process.
