    Hello Mika! How are you?

Thanks a lot for reaching out! I was listening to your sample but there are still some issues to be corrected before being able to approve your audios.

    1. First of all, could you please specify me what kind of equipment you are using to record? That includes your mic and what type of audio interface you are using. Are you using any type of audio processing like a noise reduction plug in or something similar?

    2. The conditions in your room are not ideal, as there are is some room echo and background noise in your audio. If you can, please submit some pictures of your recording space in order to be able to give you some detailed advice on how to manage this situation accordingly.

Looking forward to hear from you :)

    Kind regards,

    Gabriel

    Hi Gabriel

Hope you are doing well and thank you for the support.

I am using cardioid  podcast microphone and audacity for recording and noise reduction profiles. Above are my studio images (basically a closet).

Hello Mika! Thanks for uploading the pictures :).

Please let me ask you, are you using any audio interface at all? It seems that the quality of your audio can improve and that's why I want to confirm which audio interface you are using.

Also, I was looking at the pictures and I can tell for the way your mic is positioned, that the mic  is capturing the noise from your laptop as well as the reverberations of your closet. You would need to locate your mic in a way that is separated from the computer (in order to avoid that background noise caused by the computer's engine) and also you would need to cover the space behind you so the mic will not capture the room's reflections. You could try hanging some clothes or blankets behind (right now I only have one angle of the room so I imagine the backside of it is where the room echo problems are coming).

Please let me know how this goes :).

Hope you have a great week.

    Gabriel
