Request: 24 HOUR REVISION ALLOTMENT FOR urgent REVISIONS HOURS AFTER Internal Acceptance.
Good day! At 4:14 PM PST, Voicebunny posted a project titled
Contest: Lucky Knight Rich or Dead sir Arnold

which I submitted an audition to at 5:27 PM PST.
I policed this audition until 6:30 PM PST when I noticed it was Internally accepted.
At this point a talent has to sleep.
I woke up at 12:15 AM midnight PST to find URGENT: REVISION REQUESTED
AT 11:44 PM PST. At which point I had 25 minutes to submit the read.
It took a Voicebunny representative >6 HOURS - MORE THAN SIX HOURS- TO REQUEST A REVISION,
OR ELSE MY READ WILL BE REJECTED.
This is unacceptable.
I petition that SPEEDY REVISIONS that the client requests for more than ONE HOUR after the voicebunny QA INITIALLY INTERNALLY ACCEPTED the read
extended to 24 hours to allow the talent to basic self-care such as rest, sleep, eating, other forms of self care, and family emergencies.
A 5 minute Revision request after the read is typical and acceptable.
20 minutes is acceptable.
1 hour is too long.
AND SEVEN AND A HALF HOURS DOES NOT A SPEEDY REVISION REQUEST MAKE.
Because currently, the product the client was waiting for will have to wait longer until a suitable product
is received.
THE TALENT IN THIS CASE - myself- is NOT AT FAULT for not delivering the read on time.
THE REQUEST IS NOT HUMANLY REASONABLE.
A win-win working relationship with VoiceBunny, requires we as human beings - 'talents' - 'clients' - 'QA associates'
requires Accountability from all parties.
I am calling for a REVISION TIME ALLOTMENT change in standard policies so that EVERYONE WINS.
AN URGENT REVISION REQUEST MADE SIX AND A HALF HOURS after the approved product IS NO LONGER URGENT.
IN EXTREME CASES LIKE THIS EXTEND THE REVISION PERIOD TO TWENTY-FOUR HOURS.
Thank you.

Hi J.E,
Thank you very much for reaching out and letting us know about this.
We'll definitely bring this feedback to our team for consideration in future releases.
Also, we want you to know that this is linked to timezones, which is another feature our team has on their radar and they'll find the best way to make it happen.
Moreover, remember that anytime you need additional time for your deliveries, you can always reach out to our CX team and they'll figure out the best possible solution for said inconvenient so we can move forward with the project in a win-win manner.

Hi Johnatan,
I just woke up (yes, life goes on) for work (which is NOT at this laptop), First, a thanks to you and the QA for your hard work.
As the job awarded 30+ hours before accepting, this client https://bunnystudio.com/voice/reads/revision_details/155801
is going to wait another day for the revision.
normal life resumes within an hour after the submission.
and I have a permanent commitment to get to.
This revision is going to wait another whole day.. Kindly extend this revision 24 hours . Thanks in advance Johnatan. Bye now!
Hi J.E
I am not able to track the project following the link you sent me, moreover, it seems like you're referring to an ongoing project.
If that/s the case, it'd be better if you reach out via support@bunnystudio.com so one of our CX agents may help you with that.
Have a wonderful weekend
