rejected again after having NUMEROUS projects accepted with the same standards/processes
Here we go again with a Bunny manager rejecting a recording of mine and giving bogus reasons (my opinion)
The subjectivity in your managers is very apparent and not all of them follow the quality standards. You should have an option to object to a manager's decision mainly because I had just completed a Speedy that was approved by the client and also completed a 5800-word project that I won and there were ZERO issues... but now I have excessive processing and background noise??? Not to mention I was told that my age does not fit what the client is looking for? After hearing the other pro's (looking for middle age) I believe I fit right in with what was already accepted AND... I AM middle-aged! but again... subjectivity comes into play here.
You will certainly lose pros if this nonsense continues. Your standards are ALL OVER the place as my submissions do NOT vary... yet I still get the random rejections. I would understand if the rejections were consistent in nature as you could pinpoint trouble areas... but you can't because each rejection is for a different reason and bookends accepted projects.

Hi Timothy,
Thank you very much for using this space and for sharing your thoughts with us.
Do you think you can share the links to both approved and rejected submissions with us? It'll definitely help us understand better what's happening and solve this situation in the best possible way.

After reading other threads on this subject I am sure I will get a similar response.
HI Timothy,
Thank you very much for doing this, we'll take this opportunity to have a conversation with our team so we can align better when it comes to these kinds of revisions.
Some may argue that it is only related to the age and the tone, it seems like your voice could perform better when it comes to "Senior", yet, some might approve it for "Middle Age".
We'll definitely try and be more consistent moving forward, after all, our team can always improve their work, they've done it in the past, and we're sure they can keep doing it.
Thank you for your valuable feedback.
Yes there are clearly non sense with the rejections of some recordings... It's totally discouraging. And it's frustrating cause the projects are very interesting and diversified
