I honestly do not want this guy to review any of my submissions again. I’m starting to feel victimised here. This is a serious complaint.

    Hi Paul,

Thank you very much for reaching out.

Allow me to begin with, we don't want you to feel victimized at all, all of our Quality Control agents are impartial when it comes to evaluating audio.

That being said, we decided to ask for a second opinion in the group, we shared it with other QC agents, asking for honest feedback and they all agreed on the decision made by Humberto. It seems like you would have fewer rejections if you decide to work in middle age instead of young adult. Your tone of voice seems like a great fit for that age range.

We invite you to consider moving your work to middle age, we believe you'll have better results than what you've been having with young adult.

Well there’s a surprise! I’ve read lots of other people’s posts and you almost never agree with the complaint being made. You always rally together and agree amongst yourselves. I’m sorry guys, but that is unfair and unprofessional. As I have said repeatedly, I have done dozens of Young Adult jobs on this site, all with 5 star reviews. How could that be if my voice wasn’t suited to that age group??

I am honestly getting tired of this attitude and would like to speak to someone who is in authority and is unbiased (if such a person exists). Please let me know here or in a private message. Thank you.

    Hi Paul,

We do understand how frustrating this must be for you, also, we know that it is very easy to find posts where Pros question our QC agents whereas you won't find posts complementing them, that being said, the number of complaints we get are just a small percentage compared to the number of Pros and projects that are being reviewed by our team, leading to believe that the vast majority of our Pros agree with our QC evaluations. That being said, we want you to know that our team is unbiased, this is nothing personal, and they are just following the same procedure with every project they review.

We did, however, shared your entire profile with our team, and we do have the same invitation, we believe you could have better results working for Middle Age instead of Young Adult.

We are not saying you are not Young Adult "material", however, based on what you're experiencing and on our team's feedback, it seems you could avoid unnecessary revisions and rejections if you consider our suggestion.

At the end of the day, it is your decision and we'll respect the way you decide to keep working with us.

I’ve just finished a 2000 word project as “Young Adult” and the client is over the moon with it. Go figure.

    Awesome!!

    Congratulations, Paul!

As I said before: "We are not saying you are not Young Adult "material", however, based on what you're experiencing and on our team's feedback, it seems you could avoid unnecessary revisions and rejections if you consider our suggestion."

Great work, we're very excited for you!

I would just also like to add that I've also felt "victimized" by Humberto's QC rejections. After a rash of rejections by Humberto it all suddenly cleared up and everything was getting approved. I honestly thought it was because Humberto had been fired or re-assigned.   I don't think it is EVER VoiceBunny's place to make a subjective judgement on what someone's voice sounds like. That is the client's place, not VoiceBunny's.

We certainly don't want you or any of our Pros to feel victimized at all.

We are just suggesting the best way to move forward and make the most of your voice-over work. We are sharing our perspective based on what we've been able to understand from our clients, which helps us understand how our Pros are able to succeed in their work. We've seen it with many Pros and we'd like to see the same happening for you.

Exactly Paul, i feel tired too... Every other client won't complain for the reasons given by Voice Bunny for all those rejections.
And the worst is that the clients of Voice Bunny would certainly be very happy with the recording. but Voice Bunny rejects a lot of things randomly.
