Rejected sample due to accent not matching tag
tl;dr: If a sample doesn't match the accent tag, change the tag rather than make us delete the sample.
I had a sample that got me a booking, shortly after, I received an email saying the sample has now been rejected because the accent used didn't match the accent in the attribute tag. I thought "okay, maybe I miss-identified the specific dialect from England I was using." I didn't mind removing the accent tag.
The thing is, I couldn't just fix/remove the tag. I had to delete the whole sample, which now was ranking high because it got me a booking. That hurts my visibility, especially if clients had that sample favorited. Now they won't be able to find me.
So I deleted the sample, and created a new sample with the same sound file since there was nothing wrong with it. This time I made sure to not include an accent tag. A few days later, I got an email saying this sample was rejected because it didn't match the accent attribute. It did not have an accent attribute.
A week or two later, I got two bookings within a few days of each other based on a different sample. Those projects went great and one of them gave me a 5-star review. The sample that these two bookings came from was showed up as number 2 when I browsed character voices. Then I get an email saying that sample has been rejected because the accent doesn't match the attribute tag, and I need to delete it.
There is nothing wrong with the sample itself, just the accent tag, but instead of just deleting the tag, I have to delete the whole sample.
Can I please just delete the accent attribute and get it re-approved without deleting it?

How would you feel about changing the tag and having our team reviewing your sample again?
We won't delete nor change the tags on your samples, but if you do it, we could have our team reviewing your sample again, and if it matches the criteria we could approve it again for you. That way you won't lose your stats on those samples.
Also, if you still have those rejected samples without tags, we'd love to review them again for you.
