I've messed up with my languages!
Hello!! I've just received a rejection for join the team because the accent required was not correct. I aggree with the analysis, because my accent was "English - Castillian" hahaha, and I asked for another audition. But, wondering why that could happen, I've checked my profile and I've noticed that I've set "English - Latin American" as one of my languages (yep, my mistake)... My native language is Castillian Spanish, so I wonder if some Bunny's Oompa-loompas could change it, or please tell me how can I edit my own profile and I will do it. (I was so surprised when I saw the language required for my applying record)

Don't worry about it, we can help with that.
All we have to do is reset your account, that way you'll be able to start from scratch and make sure you input the right information.

Hi Johnatan!!! I don't know, I've just got the place as a writer (I've applied for video producer, too), would be reset too?
I've asked for another trial project, if the new project is in Castillian Spanish I trust in my skills to pass the trial, and we don't need to reset the account, just change it by myself later :) I don't know if you could care about sending this project in Spanish.
If the only profile that is being reset is the Voice profile, and there's no option about sending the new scrip in Spanish, go on with the reset and I'll apply again.
Another little question: I didn't find the "dubbing" option in the apply page, is included in voice application? Cause I can work (and I would like to) as a dubbing actor too.

The reset will be applied to all your profiles associated with this email.
Also, remember that the application project is sent by our system and will be the language you selected at the beginning, which could end up being the same language as before.
All of our Pros are eligible for dubbing. Once a project becomes available, our team will make sure to reach out and invite the Pros matching the project's criteria.
