Reviewables

    Hi Drew,

Thank you for reaching out. Our system currently does that, if your work gets approved, you'll receive an email with a confirmation, a new sample page (if the client agreed to do so), and a review (if the client left one); however, if it gets rejected, you'll receive an email with the rejection reason too.

Reviewable means the file is still pending review from the client's side and we're still waiting on it.

Let me know if this helps

Hey Drew.  I'll add that it can take some clients a considerable amount of time to officially accept the file. Many of the clients you're working for are not the end client, so they have several layers of approval to go through before they can close the project.  Over time, you also get to know those clients who just aren't as quick to follow up with an official approval, and as long as they don't ask for revisions or (heaven forbid) reject the file, you're in the clear.  Sometimes, no news is good news.  Cheers!
