multiple issues this morning
At about 7:49 this morning, speedy projects began rolling in. Cool.
I poised my mouse over the part of the screen where the projects appear so i could grab one early.
Boom.
Got one. ...or do I? The loading page slows to a crawl. Then the ticking clock. Finally, I accept. But, of course the project is 'no longer assignable.' Wash, rinse repeat... about twenty times this morning. My mouse was poised, hovering, and I clicked before the sound was finished playing. Not once did any of it work to get me a speedy. Something's off.
Secondly, I have had 47 (forty-seven!) emails about speedies this morning. Most of them were not present on my dashboard, so this seems to be a glitch.
Not sure what else I can do on my end, here, I'm ready, able, and looking to jump in.

Actually happened again today. Bunch of emails for speedys that don't appear on my dash, coupled with a bunch that did appear on my dash - all of them for Allstate. Problem is that even though I had my cursor poised and was able to click before the new project sound even played, I was still unable to book any of the speedys that appeared. I don't have slow internet, and don't think it's on my end. Please, though, do let me know if there's something I can do to remedy this - I'd love to be able to work...
Also, three of the projects are still sitting on my dashboard, even though they've already been completed. By someone else.
