    Hi there!

Thank you for sharing your file, I forwarded it to our team, and here's what we got:

Amazing voice! It sounds a bit boomy tho, that has an easy fix. Try a low cut at 150hz and it should do the trick. Also, please be mindful of the cuts on the phrases, they sound a bit abrupt sometimes, i.e 0:10. Other than that, it should be OK!

We invite you to take this into consideration, you're almost there! and come back with new audio for evaluation :D

Well thank you for saying, Johnatan! I've rerecorded and given it a low-cut at 107hz, as I am quite boomy naturally and 150 sounded too telephonic. Also, I can be quite clipped in my speech, this may be what was heard at 0.10 as that's right in the middle of a word with no edit there. Here's a link, please let me know what you think. Do I get on board now? This was was after all posted here as a listen after a rejection.

Thank you for this, I just shared it with the team again, seems like we still have the boominess on the recording.

How would you feel about sharing pictures of your recording space with us? This will help our team understand better your environment

Well, the original brief was to be animated and my timbre can be quite resonant if I get excited. Here's a different read. https://www.dropbox.com/s/8wimkt54tzb2als/_jsref2_bunnytwo.wav?dl=0.

regards my recording space, here's what I saw when I was recording that,

    moved things around since then:

I have a 9'x6'x4' space lined with Ultraflex 25Kg/M3 open cell foam and fabric. It's a touch enclosed when I'm in it so pics of the whole space are tricky, but you get the idea. I'm giving it a tweak today; I think mic position might be something to do with it. I'll get back and let you know but do tell me about the additional sample above so we're not crossing over on our posts.

    Hi again,

I see that you're already having a very detailed conversation with Hector, I'll be closing this one so you can focus on that one.

I believe Hector will be a huge help in this case.

    All the best

That's absolutely fair enough, Johnatan, pleasure to have dealt with you. I posted across the boards originally as I wasn't sure where to go and Hector hadn't picked things up by the time you answered, but yes, I hope so too! I'm enjoying getting into it with him; after all, what's this board for if not to provide assistance to those of us who want to go pro! Maybe I can pick up some tips to raise my game, you never know.

Cheers and my best wishes to whomever said I have an amazing voice.
