"Non professional equipment"

I have received a rejection for "non professional equipment" despite using a Shure SM7B mic, and a very soundproof booth from which I am recording my 3rd audiobook in less than 3 months and have produced numerous commercial spots using this equipment. I sent my file to a local professional studio and two engineers there heard no issues. What gives? This is so frustrating.
