Reviews with no text? - Voice Category
Have you ever received a message about a client leaving you a review to discover it was instead a Star rating with no text? Well, that’s something that has been happening for a while, and although you did receive a star, your profile didn’t display that review because it had no text. I know, bummer! Well, our outstanding engineers did a thing! Now, your profile will show ALL of your reviews! Even those without text.
On top of that, we updated their sorting: now it will start from 5-star reviews down to the smaller scores. How amazing is that?
Next time a client looks at your profile, they’ll be presented with your best reviews right away! We believe this will help you land more bookings as your total number of reviews will increase and your best work will be right in front of the clients. Thank you very much for your feedback. Hi Johnatan. I just received my first review, and it is not showing on my profile. There is no text, but it is a 5 star rating, so I definitely would like this to show up on my profile if possible. The review was left 26 minutes ago. Does it just take a while to show up on my profile?
