"get ready for the next step"
After 4 revisions this is what I saw on my project page. I've seen other pros say in the help center like they never receive the email. What does the "Get ready for the next step means?"

That status means your reconsideration project is on our queue, which can take up to 30 days to be sent.
Keep an eye on your email and if you have any further questions please let us know! you can always reach us as well through our support email if you want to ask about the status of your application.
