Contest expired but won't let me accept again

    Hi Michelle,

Could you share here the project link so we can give it a look?

Normally, if no one else has taken the spot that was open after the expiration, you should be able to accept it again.

If you get an email that states that the project is available again but you enter and can't accept it it is most likely because other Pros were invited as well and someone else took that spot.

    Kind regards,

    Daniel

    Hi Daniel

No one else accepted the contest invite, after my invite expired. The job was still allocated to me after it expired. When I clicked on the expired contest job link, it gave me the option to upload my audition. When I clicked the submit an audition button, the link returned a 500 internal message error. 20 mins after the job expired, the job finally disappeared from my current projects page. I was then able to reaccept the contest and submit an audition.

Here is the contest page link: https://bunnystudio.com/voice/projects/#/timeline/37213088C921C461EAA9?version=default

I would appreciate it if you could look into this.

    Thanks

    Michelle

    Thanks for the info Michelle!

I was reviewing the project and what happened was that the client chose a voice from the backup project (we create backups in order to make sure to deliver the project on time since the original project can take longer to be delivered depending on Pro's delivery time and QC revisions).

This caused the original project to close, so it wasn't allowing any more entries.

I'm sorry you experienced this issue, and I recommend keeping an eye on revisions/invitations in order to not let them expire for you!

    Kind regards,

    Daniel
