Rejections left and right today for the same reason, BUT some accepted?
This actually just isn't today, but it's been this way since I started with voicebunny years ago. I have been using the same studio for years, and get alot of the computer generated reasons for rejecting a submission. Mostly it's the mouth noises or the quality of my deliverable. Seems there are dozens of people that have the same complaint that some are accepted and some are rejected within minutes of each other! Why hasn't the issue been resolved after all these years about the quality assurance team being on the same page about how they "judge" someone's audio? I do voiceovers for a living everyday and have NEVER EVER got a complaint from a client outside of voicebunny, about all the "undesirable mouth noises" or the quality of my audio? I know this will fall on deaf ears, because there are so many others that have the same complaint as I do, and everyone seems to get the same responses from Voicebunny, so I will leave it at that.

Let me apologize for that experience, do you have a couple of project links with either accepted/rejected recordings that we could review together? We are always looking for cases that can help us analyze issues within our standards and align ourselves better each time.
Also, although we do use macros to send responses to specific issues, rest assured that our QC team is comprised of professionals that want to help each one of our Pros to improve their quality!
