Hiss or not?
I am here to gain feedback on a perceived issue that the Quality Control team has picked up on with my audio quality for project: middle_age_man_english_
Initial feedback states; Recordings have noticeable Hiss. Although when I check on the version history for this the job this is the comments logged.

I’ve been investigating my setup with the help of a Bunny Support Agent. I think my issue was due to the microphone input on the Windows driver properties being too high. My equipment spec is not shabby. I use an AudioTechnica AT2040 condenser mic through a Behringer Xenyx 1204 mixing desk. Plus I’m in an acoustically treated environment (Sound Booth).
The Windows driver was set to 80% which was too hot for the interface. I’ve since reduced the driver to 20% and used the pre-amp settings on the Behringer to get my levels. I’ve recorded a sample audio file and sent it to Support for analysis to see if I’ve done good. 😃
