Sibilance Issues - Looking for feedback
Hey there, got a request from QC for issues with Sibilance and mouth noise. Please ignore the speed of the read - I've requested the client cut down the script.

Hello Erin,
This is Julian from the Bunny Studio Pro Operations Team. Thanks for reaching out and for kindly providing us with a sample that contains the improvements in quality we asked for.
Regarding sibilance, this is the setting we have to aim for every time you deliver a recording, I think it is set well since it doesn't lose the nature of "s" sounds without sounding too much over-processed. On another note, we've noted that your last submissions contain also noticeable background noises that are preventing us to pass your quality at the first try.
Furthermore, we noted also that your recordings are low in volume and are not achieving our peak volume normalization standard of -3dBFS Peak. Therefore, we would like to request another recording where we can listen to the corrections regarding background noises and peak volume normalization.
Thanks for being diligent with our quality advice, if you have further doubts or questions, please feel free to reach out any time, we'll be happy to help!
All the best,
Julian

Let me know if you need to hear it another way,
Thanks,

Hi Erin,
Thanks for the quick turnaround and for sharing the new sample.
Good news first, your sibilance has noticeably improved. The “S” sounds now feel far more natural and no longer jump out as sharply as before, so you’re definitely on the right track.
Today our team will be taking a closer listen to this take (along with your recent submissions) so we can reach a final consensus and clear your queue as soon as possible. We’ll let you know the outcome shortly.
One small tweak before you record the next project: try dialing back the de-esser or any other high-frequency processing by roughly 20 %. Too much reduction can start to soften consonants and introduce a slight “lisp” effect, so easing off a bit should keep things sounding both clean and lifelike.
If anything else pops up or you’d like more details, just give me a shout. I'm always happy to help.
All the best,
Julian

Thank you so much as always Julian. I'll make that adjustment.
Have a great rest of your day.
