Where did all of the business go?

And where did all the community posts go? Where is everyone? I know Bunny is not promoting this page. I wonder if they could start to integrate a live chat for pros?

But yeah speedies and especially bookings are pretty minimal these days. I'm still seeing about 5-7 speedy invites - lucky if I can grab one but bookings are extremely rare.

Anyone else care to chime in?

    Hi there, Chuck and Ted!
Thanks for participating in our Community.

Our Help Center is always open to receive your posts, comments and feedback!

While our Pros much prefer reaching out via email when requesting that we analyze their accounts or provide explanations regarding invitations, whenever we can help via the Community, rest assured, we'll be happy to!

Chuck, we'll be happy to analyze your account in more detail. Upon checking your Stats, there are some areas on the Response Speed (for Revisions and Bookings) which could be causing you to be on a slightly lower position than other Pros, but at first glance, you seem to be quite competitive. In any case, since March 1st until today's date, you've received a total of 392 invitations - which is quite a lot, compared to other Pros with the same Skills you currently have.

Ted, on a similar note, your Rates are very competitive against other Pros - and your response time is great! However, there are some Bookings Stats that we could take a look into. Since March 1st, you've received a total of 285 invitations.

It's important to take into consideration that we have not changed the algorithm regarding project distribution - however, clients seem to be using the option to not invite Pros that have recently worked in their projects. This can influence on how many invitations you receive from that same Client, and at the same time, gives more chances to other Pros who are eager to work and were not so popular before!
Another factor that makes the competition more noticeable is that we're currently working with a lower number of projects than in previous years. This can be noticeable for all talents when comparing how many projects they used to receive, in the past.

We can definitely take a more detailed look into your accounts, so if you are interested, please contact us on support@bunnystudio.com so we can stablish a better communication and we avoid sharing internal information about your accounts here.

Once again, we appreciate your participation in our Community!

Best regards, and count on us,

    Gabriela Schneider

Hi Gabriela, thanks for responding. If response speed is hurting my stats, It's quite possible it's because I've had a few long delays in getting replies from the Help Center when dealing with questions about revisions. Hours, if not days, and some in the past have gone completely without a response. My latest revision request was initiated by Quality Control, asking me to remove all of the breaths from my voiceover! How can Bunny Studio request that we keep breaths in our voiceover to sound "less A-I" but then request that they be taken out, and have it count against our stats?

It's nice to hear that I've received 392 invitations, but I'm certainly not getting them all. For example, just in the last hour, I've received 2 email invitations for Speedies while sitting here with my Available Projects screen open, with the sound on, but no notification pops up and no notification sound is heard. The only notification was by email, and of course by the time I try to nab the Speedy through email, it's already gone.

I agree with both of you. I don't even want to post the number of Speedys I was able to smash in 2023 and 2024. It was insane. (In a great way!) Now? Crickets. And no matter how low I set my rates, or how good my stat numbers are, it's almost impossible to snag a speedy now. I've written, asked for people to look into it, and I'm sure they have. But I am becoming more and more convinced that NO ONE under Bunny's employ (except perhaps the guys who typed the code) understand how the algorithm works. Because every time I ask I get a slightly different answer. :) And that's cool. The house always wins.

But I will say this publicly, because I've said it to Gabriela and others. Bunny is the only VO website I know of that does not actively promote its top members. If one's stats are pristine and we're awarded on our profiles with being silver or gold (weird how that fluctuates - mine just dropped to silver the other day for no discernable reason), are credited with being a "quick responder", and have completed project numbers in the literal thousands (in 2023 and 24 anyway). we should be at the TOP of every search. All the other pay-2-plays reward top earners that way. Bunny does not and doesn't seem to want to revamp its very flawed Search feature. I've been begging for it to change for two years now.

Anyway, I'm with you all on this journey. 2025 is a terrible year for VO in every aspect for me. No idea why, but I beg Bunny to get Mr. Spotify back on board. He kept the lights on in your company, and put food on our tables.

Maybe 2026 will be better. Here's hoping! Cheers!

    Hey everyone!

Thanks so much for the feedback.

We truly appreciate the thoughtful insights and questions being raised. Our algorithm is indeed quite complex, and while our responses to your questions and doubts can sometimes vary depending on the context of each case, we aim to tailor our guidance to the specific situation and what would help each Pro the most at that moment.

That said, all the aspects we explain, while we recognize some wording might come off as contradictory due to similarity of our terms, are actually complementary. They work together to form a broader understanding of how our system currently operates!

We also want to be transparent and let you know that we’ve recently gone through a restructuring internally, and one of the main areas we'll be reviewing is the algorithm itself.

We agree it’s time to take today’s standards, the current volume of projects, and Pro availability/competitiveness/success rate into deeper consideration. =)

Rest assured, our team, Pro Operations, continues to advocate for all our talents. Think of us as your internal activists 😄

We’re always pushing for improvements, even if some of them might not be visible or immediately noticed. These changes might take some time, but we’re committed to refining the system in ways that better cater to you all.

Thanks again for sticking with us and sharing your thoughts!

Kind regards, and count on us, as always,

    Gabriela Schneider
