Hello Erin,
I received the teams feedback and they all agreed that your delivery/tone is ok for both young adult and middle age. Although I believe giving some differentiating characteristics between your YA and MA recordings would help, there shouldn't be any issues with most clients. We'll make sure to keep an eye on this matter as well moving forward.
Regarding the sibilance in your audio, it was quite noticeable. I would suggest using a de-esser and/or recording at an angled mic placement where the sibilance is less noticeable.
