    Hello there Abdelrahman,

This is Julian from the Bunny Studio QC Team.

Thank you so much for sending over the updated samples, I really appreciate your openness to feedback and collaboration!

After reviewing the recordings with our QC team, we noticed that room echo is still present in the new material. While your vocal tone and performance are strong, the acoustics of your recording environment are affecting the overall clarity and quality of the take.

To support you in improving your setup, here are some recommendations you might find helpful:

    Acoustic Treatment & Recording Setup

    1. Microphone Positioning
      • Move the mic closer to your mouth (keeping it just off-axis to avoid plosives), and away from hard reflective surfaces.
    2. Room Treatment
      • Use acoustic panels, thick blankets, or duvets behind and around the mic.
      • A closet with hanging clothes or a DIY booth can work wonders for absorption.
    3. Floor and Ceiling Control
      • Lay a thick rug under your mic stand.
      • If possible, suspend a blanket or absorber above the mic to reduce ceiling reflections.
    4. Quiet, Absorptive Space
      • Choose the smallest, quietest room available, avoiding reflective surfaces like windows or bare walls.

Post-Processing Suggestions (if acoustic treatment is limited)

If you're unable to treat your space extensively, or to complement mild room reflections, consider these software tools:

    • iZotope RX (Voice De-reverb module) – industry-standard for echo and room reflection reduction
    • Waves Clarity VX or NS1 Noise Suppressor – simple AI-driven tools for subtle ambience control
    • Cedar DNS One or Accentize DeRoom Pro – higher-end options for dialogue echo cleanup
    • ReaFIR (Reaper) – a free solution with subtractive noise profiling that can help reduce reverb tails

Please remember: while post-processing can help, it should be used conservatively to avoid affecting vocal naturalness. It's always better to fix the root issue acoustically when possible.

Once you’ve had a chance to tweak either your setup or post-processing chain, feel free to send another short sample, ideally with 5–10 seconds of room tone (no speech) at the beginning, so we can better assess the space.

Thanks again for your dedication to quality. Looking forward to your next update!

    Warm regards,

    Julian

    Hi Abdelrahman,

You did a good job addressing the room echo issue; it sounds a lot better. If you maintain this level of quality in your future submissions, I'm confident we won’t encounter any issues with QC.

Looking forward to your continued great work!
