Speedy Email 3 Hours Late
I just received a speedy email and pressed the link less than a minute after it was sent. This speedy was fulfilled 3 hours ago. Why are these emails so late? This is very disappointing. Has BunnyStudio considered hiring a different business that can better handle their email serving?

Thank you very much for reaching out and sharing your experience and feedback with us. We'll definitely bring this to the team, understand what might be causing this and come up with some ideas on how to prevent this from happening again.
Also, remember that when a project is submitted, our algorithm determines which Bunny pros are the “best matches” for that particular project. It begins inviting the best matches first and works its way out until the project is accepted by enough Bunny Pros. It also sends the invitation to more than one pro with every batch, making it quite a race against time.
Keep in mind that the category you make part of has around 500 Pros and we try to invite as many of you as possible to give similar chances to all of you to participate. More likely, by the moment you are getting the invitations, many other Pros have gotten it and can be in the process of accepting it right before you do.
