URGENT - Unable to report issue with revision request, greeted with 404 error instead, unable to complete job revision with current 27 second max clip time.
Hi, please see the attached job:
https://bunnystudio.com/voice/projects/#/timeline/92AB64588F020AF68214
I am unable to report an issue with the revision request and am instead greeted by a 404 page, as such I have not taken on the revision request yet.
The reason for my wish to place a support request is that the client has requested a 'Slower Pace', with the current 27 second limit to clip length this is not possible, as such I would like the clip 'maximum time' extended.
I have ran into this issue before, and upon requesting an extension to clip length for recordings which is both in turn what the client wanted (a longer, with pauses voice over) and should be settable by clients upon such requests in the first place was instead responded with job cancelation by a support team member, letting down both the client and myself.
As such I am reporting these two issues:
1. Unable to access report the project as 'confusing/misleading and having an error' and therefore unable to request supports assistance by the traditional method.
2. Job revisions listed as 'Needs a slower pace' when the maximum clip time is 27 seconds (standard) which forces us to directly go against the clients wishes or requests should be met with an extension to the maximum length of a uploaded file rather then job cancellation. (Even if it doesn't affect my stats, it's a shame to let a client down.)
Kind Regards,
Thomas Moore.
