Question as to if revision is needed
Hi Community!
I recently submitted a voice over work which was rejected by a bunny manager due to the audio not being synced to the provided video. However, in the Project Instructions provided by the client, they specifically mentioned 1) to speak at a conversation pace so that they can shorten/lengthen as needed, 2) to leave gaps between each paragraph so that they can re-sync with the video. My understanding was that the client themselves will be syncing my voice over to their video.
For my work, I utilized the provided videos as a reference for timing (ie. paragraph 1 is 17seconds, paragraph 2 is 5secs, etc.) and made sure my lines were the same length as the lines in the video reference.
I have attached screenshots of the Project Instructions and the feedback provided by Quality Control below. Any and all insights or information would be highly appreciated!
Kindly,
JiaCiel

Hello JiaCiel,
Sorry for the late reply, I was checking some posts and came about this one.
In cases like this, the best course of action is to send a message to the support@bunnystudio.com email so our project management team is aware of the situation and can also communicate this to the QC agent in turn, so the review is more aligned with the client's comments. Although the QC agents can see the comments, sometimes a mistake can be made, and maybe they are not taken into account, so we really appreciate your letting us know when things like this happen.
Let me know if I can help with anything else!
Kind regards,
Daniel
