It is unpresentable what they do with their announcers.

    Hello Josep,

Thank you so much for reaching out and sharing your valuable feedback!

Let me address some of your concerns with the platform in order:

Regarding communication, we work really hard on making the process as seamless as possible for both the client and the Pro, the idea is that projects are created with all the required info to be completed without any extra input (that actually happens a lot since around 80% of projects are completed without the need of extra details for the client or the pro!), still, if a project has incomplete or confusing info, our Project management team is always available 24/7 to reply to any of the concerns that might arise during a project, and they will reach out to the client to find all the info or clarify anything that might be needed. Also, if a client is not happy with a deliverable, they can always request a revision to the project with a text field that allows them to communicate to the pro exactly what is required on the revision.

On the matter of contest/speedies invitations and some of the top pros fulfilling many projects, since the platform uses an algorithm to send invitations in batches, it will always consider the best pros (that have the best stats and rates) first, and then invitations will be sent on batches to other Pros with lower stats/higher rates until the project is fulfilled. The best way to get started on the platform is to have lower rates while the stats grow. Some of our top pros have great stats that allow them to have much higher rates and still receive lots of invitations! The key here is to find a good balance between stats and rates, and always maintain a good quality that doesn't create revisions/rejections from the QC team.

Regarding rates being low, they are always set up by pros and they are always honored by the system, for example, we have pros that are not interested in speedies/contests (which consider rates when sending invitations) and instead focus 100% on bookings. Since bookings are initiated by clients, they can charge whatever rates they feel happy with and clients will book them solely for having that specific tone/sound that they want! So focusing on bookings and keeping high rates is also another way of using the platform :)  it would mean skipping on speedies/contests, but it is a strategy used by many pros that can also be greatly beneficial since rewards would be higher!

About the emails, we are sorry if the notification system can feel intrusive at some moments, we do our best to keep the response time for clients as low as possible which is why we try to notify Pros as soon as possible of potential projects or revisions, but remember that you can always opt-out of those emails through your "rates and preferences" section. Also, if for example, you have a pending booking but you can not complete it at that time, the best way to go is to let our Project management team know about it through either a flag in the project (the option to let the team know of any issues on the project form) or by sending an email to support@bunnystudio.com, our Project management team will be in contact and will let the client know about the potential completion date/time. If the client needs the project delivered ASAP a backup project will be created, which takes me to the next section:

Backup projects are a bit different than normal projects since they are created with a reward that is paid 100% by us, we lose money on those, but the idea with backup projects is to fulfill the client's request and deliver options in case the pro from the original booking is not available. We do this with the aim of providing great customer service and fast turnaround times.

I hope that this info was useful, again, thank you so much for the valuable feedback and if I can help you with anything else please let me know!

    Kind regards,

    Daniel
