Could you let me know if you are having issues when uploading the files, or is it that QC rejects them some time after they are uploaded? If the issue is when you are trying to upload them, most likely the files have one or multiple settings different than the ones requested by the platform. Audio files must be:

When I upload a sample (that meets all the requirments!) it gets rejected almost immediately.
It's frustrating :-( I want to work! :-)

Could you share with me a screenshot of the rejection message you are getting? I want to check if the rejection is automatic or if the samples are being rejected by our QC team for any other reason.

That means that the file has something wrong with the settings, it might be that the sample rate or bit depth are incorrect, or maybe that the file is a stereo file and not a mono one (that last one is a very common mistake).
If you want, I can suggest an online converter that works wonders to convert the file to the correct format:
https://online-audio-converter.com/
With that tool, you should select WAV, Advanced settings and make sure that "channels" is set to 1, the resulting file should go through the platform without a problem :)
