    Hello Stewart!

    Thanks for reaching out!

I was checking the file you sent us, as well as the sound booth (really cool booths! I wasn't aware of that company), and although the main focus of the booths is sound isolation and not sound treatment, I think you are really really close to the ideal quality at this moment!

Also, I honestly do not like using spectrographs to check for noise, since I think our ears should be the main judges, (I can definitely hear the noise floor on the recording), but after tinkering a bit with iZotope vocal de noise, I think that the noise, although audible, should be easy to clear. Here are a couple of pictures of Wave's PAZ frequency spread:

This one is the raw file:

I think those peaks on the mid-highs are the ones that are more evident (for the low end you do need a sub to hear that noise). Here it is after a high pass at around 100Hz is applied, as well as a bit of de-noising from Izotope:

So, as you can see, that noise can be definitely tamed while keeping your voice nice and clean! I think a small EQ dip at the 2kHz mark could also help lower it even more, but I do not want to change the timbre of your voice that much.

Coming back to the booth, I think some pannels could help, since at the moment the issue is not outside noise, but the reflections inside the booth. I tend to share this video a lot since it has great tips for acoustic pannels that are really cheap to make while having stellar performance (better than many expensive types of foam):

I hope that this info is useful, and let me know if I can help you with anything else!

    Kind regards,

    Daniel
