Communication with Clients on Revisions and Notification of Split FIles in the Project Information
Could I suggest a feature where we could communicate directly with a client through the BunnyStudio website if a revision of a project is requested? This would take the guesswork out of what can sometimes be vague instructions. Sometimes when I submit a revision, I think, "Is this what the client really meant in their instructions?" The only way to find out is if they either accept it or ask for another revision.
Example: "I love it, but I want more energy."
Well, energy in a read can mean a number of different things. Do the want a faster read? A more aggressive tone? A higher timbre to your voice? A combination of these?
A way to clarify instructions BEFORE recording a revision would save a lot of time and hassle, and make our clients happier by receiving the exact product they want.
Also, would it be possible to be notified of the number of files a project has to be split into on the Project Information page? Not long ago I accepted a project, only to find that it needed to be split into about 30 files... literally every sentence. With the extra editing and uploading, this takes a LOT of time to do. It would be great if we weren't blindsided with this task only after accepting a project. Additionally, a fee should be incorporated into the price reflecting the number of split files and appropriate compensation for the extra work.
Thanks for listening!

Hello Chuck,
Thank you so much for the feedback and comments!
Regarding communication with clients, it is something we are always looking to improve, although a chat with clients has been considered, it hasn't been implemented yet, but it is on the list of suggestions that the product team has at the moment :) for now, the best way to clarify any issues you might have with a project is to use the feature inside the project that allows you to raise a flag for our CX team to address since they can communicate directly with clients and ask for any extra info that might be needed.
Regarding the concern about editing and cutting parts of a project, the main project view before you accept it should have an overview of the parts that the client requests. If you find a project that does not show this info, please send us a screencap at the support email so we can report the project to the engineering team. Also, there is always an extra fee added for projects that need sync or cutting into parts. As well, if you see that it is not being applied (it should say so in the project description) please use the raise a flag function so our CX team can be aware of it and see if there is anything wrong with the project.
We apologize for any issues this might have caused, and please let me know if I can help with anything else!
Kind regards,
Daniel
I'm in the middle of a project of 9 videos and was asked for revisions in 3 of them.
2 were fine and got approved and in one of the he wrote something that didn't make sense.
(He sent a re-write of a line, and the text was the same). I couldn't ask him and I had to flag the project. A few days later got a response for the Bunny team but that was a revision for another video that was already fixed.
NOW, I'm still waiting for an answer, instead of contacting the client directly and solving this in 30 min. It's been almost a week.
We HAVE to have a way to communicate directly with a client.
this is not working.
