Rejected submission because of accent

Hi! I recently submitted auditions that required a North American accent. My submissions were rejected saying "Your recording does not reflect the accent the client requested." I am a Filipino but do not speak in a Filipino accent. Also, a previous submission of mine with the same accent tag was approved. What could have been different this time? I hope this gets reviewed. :(
